Allserv Midwest LLC was founded in January 2002. (Tod and Jess have been working together since 1985) Tod started building houses in 1976 and has been involved in every aspect of the construction and commercial maintenance business ever since.

Our current niche in the industry is the broad range of experience and expertise that we have accumulated over the last 25 years. Services include; minor excavation, concrete flatwork, landscaping, tree trimming, electrical and plumbing maintenance, HVAC maintenance, flooring, trimming, sheetrock, painting, framing, roofing, welding & metal fabrication and commercial maintenance.

We specialize in small ( $300.00 ) to medium ( $75,000.00 ) size jobs and take pride in our ability to work "one on one" with our customers. We can assist our customers from concept to finish and have an excellent reputation of providing a quality service.
